My journey began in clinical aesthetics, where I built MKaesthetics around a simple philosophy: natural results, personalised treatment planning and a high standard of client care. As the business developed, my focus expanded beyond treating clients. I launched MKaesthetics Academy to support the next generation of practitioners through practical, safety-led education and hands-on training.
Today, I'm also building MK Beauty Group, focused on acquiring, developing and growing businesses within the beauty, aesthetics, skin and wellness sectors. My experience as an operator gives me a practical understanding of what makes a beauty business work — from client acquisition and brand positioning to customer experience, team development, systems and sustainable growth.
